SabKuch — Return & Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Breakable/fragile items (e.g., glassware, ceramics, and other fragile goods)
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@sabkuch.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Method Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
